Our Cancellation Policy

Each appointment time is very valuable, therefore we request a minimum of 24 hours in advance of any cancellation: we give both a 48 hour reminder call and email.

Less than 24 hours notice will be charged only 10% fee if service is re-booked and kept within a week of the cancelled service. 25% is charged if the service is not re-booked.

No shows will be charged for teh full service, unless proper amends and apologies are made: we alway make every effort to work with our clients if they work with us.

We always make accommodations for emergencies and extenuating circumstances.
